D2.2 MultiPoD Architecture and Dashboard, First Prototype

This deliverable presents the open architecture of the MultiPoD platform and the first prototype of its Visual Analytics Dashboard. It describes how multilingual content is collected, semantically enriched and transformed across cultures, building on a Culture-Specific Knowledge Graph and a Culture-Specific Language Model. It also explains how these components work together with Democratic Reflection, the new Decidim modules and the Storypact editor. The dashboard, available in LITE and PRO versions, offers near real time media monitoring and analysis of public deliberation. Three use cases illustrate how the architecture is being tested: a large virtual citizens’ assembly, face to face deliberative focus groups and hybrid assemblies bringing citizens and policymakers together, all in line with the GDPR and the AI Act.
