This deliverable reports on how MultiPoD engaged citizens in face to face deliberation between June 2025 and May 2026, and on what this means for the design of future hybrid formats. It centres on six Deliberative Focus Groups held in Lisbon with 32 participants from 20 countries, where Democratic Reflection captured more than 3,000 live audience reactions. It also draws on the virtual Citizen Assembly on Housing in Europe, which brought together 108 participants from eight countries. From this material, the report proposes a method for culture sensitive moderation that combines human facilitators with automated support, guided by principles of transparency and respect for participants. The live debate strand continues at the MultiPoD and IDEAL Policy Assembly in September 2026.
