D5.2 Intermediate Report on Dissemination, Communication and Exploitation Activities

This report reviews the dissemination, communication and exploitation work carried out during the first 18 months of MultiPoD and measures progress against the project’s Key Performance Indicators. It describes how the project built its visual identity, website, social media channels, newsletters and press materials, and set up the coordination structures that keep partners working towards shared goals. It also covers stakeholder engagement, including the creation of the Advisory Board, the co-design workshops and webinar, and collaboration with sister projects and wider communities working on participatory democracy. The report closes with an updated plan and priorities for the second phase of the project, which will focus on more intensive outreach and support to the pilots.
